Learn how to use the lathe while making a lovely candlestick holder. We will cover the basic cuts of spindle turning: bead, cove, v-cut, and flat. Learn how to drill on the lathe to make a hole for your candle. This is a beginner-friendly class!

Now offering sliding scale pricing! Suggested admission is $90,  but we have a $80 sliding scale admission option, and a pay it forward option of $100.  Additionally we have micro-reparations pricing for BIPOC students wishing to pay only the materials and consumables fee of $21.

The materials fee for this class is $15 and is included in the admission cost.

Need a scholarship?  We got you! Just email us, tell us what you can afford and we will do our best to cover the rest.
